要了解DLC认证,首先要了解能源之星。能源之星(Energy-Star)是一项由美国政府(美国环保署(EPA)与能源部(DOE))所主导,并结合产品制造业、零售业共同参与,主要针对消费性电子产品的能源节约计划。

能源之星认证要求所有制造商必须提交由得到IAS审核授权,并经美国能源部和美国环保署认可及批准的实验室出具的测试结果方有效。进入美国市场的照明类产品,能源之星并非强制性认证,但是美国政府强有力支持此项认证,同时规定对销售有能源之星认证产品的厂家和使用的家庭进行补贴,并要求联邦政府机构选择有能源之星Energy-Star认证的产品。因此中国销往美国的大部分灯类产品,都拥有Energy-Star认证。而DLC则针对ES规范以外的产品。

DLC是由公用事业公司和地区性能效机构组成的联合组织,在认证高能效照明品质和性能方面处于优秀地位。

DLC的目标是促进高品质、高能效的照明设计在所有商业照明领域中的普及。DLC认证产品目录被公共事业公司用于在美国各地尚未被“能源之星-(ENERGY-STAR)”标准复盖的高性能固态照明灯具的推广。

1) 调光

A.调光被认为是灯具、改装套件和灯泡必须具备的功能;

B.箱体照明、景观/泛光灯不受调光限制;

C.室内灯具必须是连续调光,室外灯具可以是档位调光;

D.可以通过改变功率和外部信号调整实现调光功能;

 

结合此次来看,未来发展方向为节能和健康,另新增了TBD津贴。2020预计有2大类产品会被下架。第一类:光效不满足V5.0技术要求的产品;第二类:R9<0的产品。所以,在接下来的一年时间里,各生产商需规避此两点技术要求。此外,此次草案借鉴了能源之星、加州能效、JA10等部分技术要求。
