SAA背景：

澳大利亚的标准机构为Standards Association of Australian，所以很多朋友把澳大利亚认证称为SAA认证，SAA后来改名为Standards Australia Limited。SAA是独立的公司，与政府没有直接的关系，但是联邦政府和州政府是它其中的成员。SAA和澳大利亚联邦政府签署了一个备忘录，承认SAA是澳大利亚的非政府标准组织的最高组织。备忘录也指出，标准的制定要与WTO的要求一致。因此，有协议指出当合适的国际标准已存在时，就不用制定新的澳大利亚标准。澳大利亚的标准以“AS”开头，澳大利亚与新西兰的联合标准以“AS/NZS”开头。“AS/NZS”标准基本与IEC一致。澳大利亚和新西兰推行标准的统一和认证的相互认可，产品只要取得一个国家的认证后就可在另外一个国家销售。

所有电器产品均要做安全认证SAA，目前国内申请 SAA 认证有两种方式，一种是通过CB测试报告转，若没有CB测试报告，则也可以直接申请SAA认证。

SAA认证申请流程：
1、与华硕技术检测（简称HST）确认合作协议；
2、申请商按要求提供认证需要的资料文件；
3、HST按SAA相关法规进行测试；
4、测试通过后出测试报告确认件（若测试不合格，HST实验室将协助客户整改样品到合格状态）；

5、申请商确认报告，确认OK后提交澳洲审核；
6、审核通过后签发SAA证书。

SAA认证需要的资料：

主测型号样品至少3个、说明书、电路图、PCP板正反面图、CDF零部件清单及各个部件的认证证书、关键零部件的规格书等。

SAA认证周期：

测试一次性通过的情况下3-4周。

SAA认证中IC-4和IC-F的区别： 

以前澳洲的要求是IC-F，现在新版AS/NZS 60598.2.2：2016附录A，最新的要求即为IC-4。 IC-F和IC-4的测试方法是一样的，只是限值现在对灯具外壳上的温度要求为90°，相对之前IC-F来说，可以说是要求变低了。

IC-4测试标准为：AS/NZS 60598.2.2：2016

可以安装在可燃物表面，可以被隔热材料靠近及覆盖， 并且产品需要满足IP4X防尘要求。

测试条件：

1、测试环境: 25℃±5℃；

2、测试电压: 0.94 or 1.06 倍额定电压；

3、测试时间: 直到稳定或者8h以上；

4、测试箱尺寸(长x宽x高)450mmx450mmx300mm；

5、隔板尺寸(长x宽x厚)450mmx150mmx40mm；

6、测试箱充满隔热棉。

测试要求：

1、灯具上的零部件不超过限值;

2、安装表面以及测试盒子的任何部位不超过90℃;

3、灯具外表面不超过90℃；

4、HCB=20mm; MIC=0mm; SCB=20mm; SCI=0mm
